Report on operations regularly.
Ensure all programs are of the highest possible standard.
Supervise staff in a positive and supportive environment.
Assist and support Board members as necessary.
Ensure budgeting and reasonable pricing of all programs working with the board.
Address membership concerns positively.
Reach out for board assistance when needed.
